What we need from you
Organization and participant management are part of the Add-Ons Light, Basic & All-Inlusive and include:
✓ Technical setup of the webinar via Crowdcast by TW
✓ Participant registration through a contact form on TextilWirtschaft.de
✓ Lead generation: Leads will be provided in an encrypted file afterward (title, last name, first name, and business email address)
✓ One to two meetings for pre-discussion (technology, workflow, etc.) and addressing questions
✓ Conducting a rehearsal with all participants
✓ Addressing all technical questions and concerns of participants during the webinar
We will discuss the details of the campaign and the process 7-8 weeks before the webinar.
To ensure everything is ready well in advance of the webinar, please provide the following components at least 6 weeks prior to the event:
✓ Text for the registration page: 1,000 characters including spaces
✓ Speaker information: Name, title, and company; optionally, an image (100 x 100 px, max. 100 KB)
The content conceptualization is part of the All-Inclusive Add-On and includes:
✓ Support from an external editor, who will assist you as a partner in the content conceptualization of the webinar
