Who's watching: Participants who are interested in the respective topic will follow your webinar live or at a later point in time. This gives you highly qualified leads. You can increase your reach with a range of add-on services.

The basic package:
  • TW publishes the announcement of your webinar on an independent stage on TextilWirtschaft.de/events for four weeks.
  • TW guarantees 450,000 ad impressions during the marketing period of your webinar on different digital channels.

Specifications

The Basic package includes:
  • Webinar announcement on an independent stage on TextilWirtschaft.de/events for a period of four weeks
  • 450,000 ad impressions guaranteed during marketing


Please provide us with the following information 2 weeks prior to the webinar:

  • Title of the webinar
  • Time and date
  • Logo (jpeg or png; max. 400 x 200 px; max. 100 KB; 72 dpi)
  • Short description for the event stage (850 characters incl. spaces)
  • open advertising media file (.indd or .ai or .psd) OR color request (optional) (RGB or HEX) OR image (optional) (jpg or png; max. 200 x 200 px; max. 100 KB)

Organization and management of participants includes:
  • Technical setup of the webinar via Crowdfast
  • Registration of participants via a contact form on TextilWirtschaft.de
  • Lead generation: After the event, leads will be provided in an encrypted file (title, surname, first name and business e-mail address)
  • One or two appointments to prepare the event (technical equipment, procedure etc.) and discuss questions
  • Final webinar test with all involved parties
  • Answering all technical questions and concerns of the participants during the webinar


We will discuss the details of the campaign and the general procedure 7 or 8 weeks before the webinar.

  • Short description for the registration page (1,000 characters incl. spaces)
  • Information on speakers (name, title and company; photo (optional) (100 x 100 px, max. 100 KB)
  • Colour of choice (optional) (RGB or HEX)

  • Feedback on data protection regulations


One week before the webinar, we will have a final webinar test together with you and the speakers.

External Presenter:
  • An experienced presenter will moderate the webinar and guide your audience through the event for you.
  • A preparatory meeting with the presenter and the speakers is included.
Content preparation includes:
  • An external editor will partner with you and support you with the development of the contents of your webinar.
  • Please note that this requires early consultation, ideally 8 weeks prior to the webinar.
A LinkedIn post includes:

The promotion of the webinar on Textilwirtschaft’s LinkedIn account with a post that is marked as “Anzeige” (advertisement).

  • Link to the registration page of the webinar (if organization and management of participants are not included in your package)
  • Short description (max. 400 characters including spaces, corresponds to max. 5-6 lines)
  • Maximum of 4 hashtags
  • Name of your company account that you want to link
An exclusive e-blast includes:
  • A one-time, exclusive newsletter to promote your webinar to approximately 44,000 recipients
